ive got a custom bonnet with the air filter vent which allows cold air in and ive also got a k&n pod filter directly underneath this vent...

can u guys tell me if it is alrite to drive my car in wet rainy conditions...the thing im worried about is that when it rains the air filter gets soaked in water because of all the rain coming through the vent...or is there a way to overcome this prob??

does a wet air filter make a significant difference to the normal running of the car???

thanks

depends how big the vent is, but also have a drive on a rainy day not for too long and see if there is any water around the pod or if you see water droplets on the pod. But i assume if you have a k&n one they are the oil treated ones so water would just say or run off it, or could be possible to get sucked in. Just check of water after driving and also depends how big a hole it is, if it's not that big it should be okay.

Cheers Rob
