Hey fellas,

My major service is coming up in a couple of weeks time. I just bought the car a couple of months ago and haven't serviced it yet.

Which places do you ppl recommend in Sydney to get it done?

Here's just something I've compiled from various threads around the forums of people getting cars serviced .... don't have to get all of it done, but does give you a rundown of what to expect I guess.

Where to go ?

Hills Motorsport in Castle Hill .... As for Mark

Revrite Performance in Silverwater ... Ask for Fred.

What to get done ?

Change Timing Belt

Replace Water Pump

Replace Cam Belt

Replace Thermostat

Gasket Paper for the Thermostat Housing $4 and the goo stuff $5 maybe

Change oil (Royal Purple) and replace oil filter

Change diff oil

Replace Fuel filter (code Z200)

Replace Spark Plugs with NGK BCPR6E (WITHOUT the -11 on the end, meaning a 0.8 mm gap rather than 1.1)

Get injectors cleaned/tested

Get the Block Powerflushed and the Radiator Rodded

Flush your brakes and Mastercyclinder

Handbreak adjustment / calibration

Replace power steering fluid

sair line hoses

radiator and heater hoses

full wheel bearing and bush lube

cv joints re packed

uni joints greesed

door hinges and locks lubed

All Belts and Fluids

Brake Pad Check

Clutch Check

REPLACE WATER PUMP

Replace Air Filter

Fuel Filter

Fuel Pump Pressure check

Fuel Line inspection

Brake LIne inspection

Radiator Flush

Alternator Check

Battery Check

Computer Diagonistic/Adjustment
