Gtr Steering Vibrations

I have R32 GTR.

When I turn the wheel at 30km/h or under the car start to shudder and vibrate until I staighten up. The more the wheel is turned the worse it gets.

Cornering at higher speeds (30km/h+) is fine.

The shudder doesn't seem to be coming through the steering wheel especially. It seems to be coming from the whole car.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? Any assistance or experiences would be greatly appreciated, as it a really hard one to track down.
