harris engineering in ossie park did mine, was about 6-700 bucks all up from memory for getting all the guides removed, and replaced, reseat all the valves, replaced the stem seals, acid cleaned everythings and reasembled with the springs i supplied them..

ahhh the joy of the solid cam... shims.

Denver,

Sounds about right although the price wouldn't have included bronze guides since they cost a good $400 a set? Adding in that puts it around $1100 or so then.

Correct, i supplied them with a set of jun goodies to drop into it, make sure they have the tools to pull out the old guides and push in the new ones, harris had a bunch of tools they'd made to do this and ive had no issues thus far with my head..

when it comes to getting shims contact precision shims in victoria, www.precisionshims.com.au i rang them up, they had everything on the shelf, eft'd the cash, they turned up in the mail the following morning, couldn't ask for better service..
