ive got them on this computer erin but i will have to email home to resize - i tried this morning but my work computer doesn thave the right resizing equip :) so tonight i should post them :)

I get nothing free..

I pay my board. I don't get much food ( i still have to go out and buy stuff to make dinner on the weekends) and i still have to put towards the electricity bills and phone bills..

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that's what I thought "BOARD" was meant to cover??

sounds like my friends mum - mel pays board but doesnt get anything but a bed. my parents are greatful to have me home and not under the exs evil power anymore - so i get away without paying board :)

Ex's evil powers??

She also says to me constantly "I should make andrew pay board because he's here every weekend"

I said, why, i would still have to make up meals.. that feed at least two people (if he wasn't here i'd waste the other half) and he uses the putah (if he's not here.. I'd be playing it)

Ergh.. I can't move out, I can't afford it. Not for another 4 years anyway when I own the skyline :)

yeah used to live with him - i was going to visit my dad for fathers day last year and he chucked a sulk about it < that kinda thing. My parents were worried he was going to cut me off form my family cos he already successfully cut me off from my friends.

So my folks were estatic when i came home - now they are getting annoying again!!

He has lived here in the past. For about 1 1/2 years but got sick of mums menopausal mood swings. And his parents were whinging that they didn't see him (even though they kicked him out!!) So he moved back home.

It sucks to be honest. I hate only seeing him on the weekends (which his parents hate as well) His parents hate me to put it bluntly. We've been together for 5 years, lived together and bought a car together and they still can't accept me and they call me his "Friend". I'm not even invited to family gatherings :)

Shits me.

I took their little boy away from them when they kicked him out!

I was going out with him while he was in school and he didn't do very well. Well. not as well as they pushed him too. So I think they blame me for that too.

When we were up there the other night, his mum said something about the "Team ShitBox Racing" sticker on Andrew's car and said, looking at me, "You got him into all this car stuff" Like it was my fault.. Yeah. I liked cars.. But I didn't say "ANDREW.. GO LIKE THAT CAR AND BE OBSESSED!"

I'm not from the same family life and upbringing as them either. They got loads of money (which they spend wisely I might add) and a big family. I came from a divorced parents, sole mother family. Mother looking after three girls living on the dole in housing commission. And if I do say so myself, I think we've all come out pretty well seeming I've had a job for the last 2 years (since i left school), I earn a lot of money (for my age) and I'm sensible. I dont do drugs, I dont drink, don't smoke, I'm not pregnant.

I know a whole different side of life that they have never experienced. They can't seem to accept the fact that I have a 1 year old brother because my dad has remarried.

ERGH.. anyway. I"m normal

And, this is my life :)

    • I mean yes, if you're starting from scratch on an unknown engine yes you don't need to be doing all kinds of math in the background but if you're doing relatively minor changes like AFM + injectors + boost up with some aftermarket turbos it takes quite a bit of math if you want to do something like maintain OEM fuel + timing tables but compressed and then a bit more load scale up top. I think I've spent too much time working on big engineering nightmares though so I'm a big fan of trying to constrain the scope of whatever work I'm doing as much as possible and trying to get it right before moving on. For example, a local owner just did the usual E85 + single turbo conversion to his R32 GTR and nearly burned his car to the ground doing some spirited driving up the local mountains. Turbine is unshielded and too close to the hood insulation. It's tough to balance "just get the project done" and "seemingly small details can cause massive setbacks I'm not willing to deal with".
    • No idea about Neil's steering wheel, but I have the same behaviour in the Stagea. I doubt it has ever been messed with so might be normal. Indicating to turn right at a roundabout and correcting even a little bit to the left to go around will cancel the indicator. Never considered it an issue other than it being a bit odd.
    • Does anyone know if this is off centered? Looks like it, when I indicate to go right, but turn my steering wheel slightly left it cancels (was always like that even before I started messing around with it) was wondering if anyone else has the same issue?
    • Nothing photo worthy since last update, lots of little plumbing bits for the AAC/Cold start valves, and unfortunately I still need another couple of parts for the brake booster line and the AAC into the plenum. Otherwise it all looks good to start up engine wise, onto checking the electrics/interior
    • Good news mate, plenty of spares available 5:40
