Level 1 is entry level - which is yeah i did fleet management which was level 1. Then because im a contractor and i didnt come from the selection pool cos ive never done the public service test i couldnt keep a level 1 position it has to goto the "pool" but i could have a level two position without the test (go figure!) so here i am
