hehe - when i was givin the 180 a go 1st was up in smoke and so was 2nd and i got a good amount of wheelspin into 3rd gear

yer when i was bein naughty i gave a 180 a go on the highway, beat it twice rolling, then we got a light

and he had it all over me, i was feathering the throttle to try and keep wheelspin down, i ended up bein right on his doors the whole way cause i lost a length at the start

mabey if i get a tunable ecu and bigger tyres that might help

oh had a friend sleep on the futon last night, the verdict was it was comfortable to sleep on, i might have to try it myself one of these days

ive sorta sussed out a launch james. i feather it between 2700 and 3200 and dump it hard keeping the accellarator mildly pressed down. then very quickly after dumping it push the clutch back in about 1/5 of the way and release again and then get into it when the wheelspin slows down. it all happens very quickly obviously but its been working well.

hahah that happened to me last night. i got my car fixed on friday and last night 1st time every stepped out to the left then right..

what mods u got done to ur car??

wish my car was that easy to launch, when you got nothing under 3k its a bit hard to feather it 1st... for me its feathering it in 2nd

i havent been able to practice my launching for so long

i mean i havent driven in a month really, and at willowbank i havent had more than 2 runs in a row to change things when im doin it

i really need 5 or 6 runs after another to get everything right

come to willow bank on wed night and u can get up to a good 10 runs in

i watched some vid footage of the first drags i did, i used to launch with so much wheel spin and just ride it out

yeah... theres a lot of different techniques... each to there own and there cars set up

with my car once im in boost in 1st i have no traction... if i hit 2nd quickly i have no traction again and if it 3rd quickly its out on sideways on me again...

just flickin through all my slips, none of my 60ft times are anygood.... i really need something wider on the back to get some traction
