Where To Place Safcii...r33

Hey guys, im getting my safcII installled soon for my r33, and im wondering where you guys have placed them in the past?, im not wanting it behing the sterring wheel.Im thinking of having it placed in the compartment beneath the factory stereo, and pulling out the cover so it'll fit....the stand i got with the meter im going to be selling off, i dont see me using it anyhow.

Would it be possible to completely hide away the afc or is it not advised??

when i used to have mine i had it stuck with velco on the ashtray..

Its illegal to have (in victoria anyways) so its probs best you hide it... Theres no real reason for having it out in the open anyways.

I mounted mine just under the aircon unit, in a empty fold down single din pocket i got for like $30-$35(off another forum member, they came off the x-trial i think hence the colour) i can't remember, its no longer fold down because i broke it hahah so i put velcro to hold the cover on instead.

mine is for the avc-r, but same size as rsm/safc.

GOOD enough for me to quickly change my boost setting at the lights and check the max boost i just reached.
