R32 Gtst Radiator And Cooling Maintenace

Hey everyone, whats the best way to flush out my radiator and cooling pipes, ive had a leak in my waterpump which is getting fixed today, so ive had to keep topping up my radiator with fresh water and the colour has gone to a cloudy brownish. I usualy use the proper coolant but with the waterloss i couldent keep it upto it. How should i clean out the system? thanks.
