A simple one...

Can you use an alarm and a kill switch in unison, or will a kill switch somehow affect or tamper with the operation of an alarm?

Yah, as above... depends what you're going to kill.

If you cut the ignition circuit with a kill-switch, then possibly your turbo timer won't work or something. If you kill the fuel pump relay, and your alarm doesn't already do that, then you've effectively added another "immobiliser" point!

Was thinking about doing something like this.

A friend suggested and had this on his old rx. Have a kill switch wired into your coils, then when someone tries to start it - it won't, but you'll still here it trying to turn over.
