I just received this brand new Mitsubishi Diamond Digital DV177SB 17" LCD monitor today as part of a warranty replacement. My old Mitsubishi 19" CRT monitor died and they decided to replace it with this LCD monitor. Now, that is what you call GREAT customer service. This unit is still sealed and comes with a 3 year limited onsite warranty. Tax invoice will be provided for warranty purposes and delivery will be via Registered Courier to any part of Australia. Tracking number will be provided upon request and insurance is optional but highly recommended. Payment is be made via Direct Bank Deposit and shipped on the same day full payment is received and cleared unless outside of business hours.
