GTR Turbos - worth changing wheels?

I'd like some feedback on the value of changing out the ceramic turbines for steel wheels.

Is it woth doing this to run higher boost, or will the turbos be outside their efficient range of operation?

Change compressor wheel size at the same time?

Obviously best to replace with aftermarket turbos, however don't have the readies to afford this ATM.
