R32 Timing Adjustment And How To?

what is the timing settings adjusted by the crank angle sensor for an rb20det? i think i heard something like 14?

with a timing light, i know i have to look at some red lines or something on the pulley, but i dont know how many to set the timing of the car to stock..

any help is always appreciated..
