New Headlight Installation - Swapping With Old Ones

Hey guys,

I recently bought a 'new' set of headlights on ebay for my R33 - I noticed when I pulled out my existing set though that they had just had a hole drilled (a huge one which let water in) for my front indicator (they just shoved the bulb through and had it almost directly wired to the bulb - I have no idea what standard practice is in regard to these, but the set I've bought now has no front indicators.

The 'new' ones are these http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi...item=4616792165 I got - what my question is, I'm wondering if anybody knows of a mechanic or an auto electrican who can convert these for me and add in an indicator on each side so I can remove my existing ones and replace them with these - or something that I can do myself. At the moment when I connect these up all I get are high beams and low beams and thats pretty much it.

Any ideas?

Sounds like you have an aftermarket front bar and your stock indicators have been removed and re wired into the headlight.

All S1's that i've seen have a seperate blinker on the front bar. Sounds like you might have to go back to this set up or drill a new hole in your new headlights.

Yeah, the car came with an aftermarket bar, I had a smash in January and replaced it with this - - I'm having trouble finding indicators which would fit my front bar at current too - any ideas on that?

well those 2 upper spaces are for your blinkers... i have a spare set at home i'll sell you. pm if interested
