Hi,

I have access to waterjet and CNC cutting equipment so i've been contemplating making up a match ported cnc machined adapter plate to allow the GTR 6 throttle body and plenum to bolt on to an RB20.

I have all the design tools and machinery needed to do the job, but what I really need is some to scale drawings or scans of the intake gaskets for the RB26 and the RB20 so I can merge the two to make the match ported plate.

Does anyone have any gaskets or scanned images of them that are to scale?

Alternativly where would be the cheapest place to source a couple of gaskets. Obviously I dont want to waste a lot of money on this incase it turns out to be a waste of time.

Cheers,

Ian

Gday mate,

I have made an adaptor for the RB25 using a 3" slap of aluminum.

I milled it out on a manual mill. (time consuming!!!)

I used the GTR plenum as a bolt hole template as there are 3 throttle gaskets.

Im in the process of making an adaptor for the RB20.

This time i have just cut the standard RB20 manifold and will weld a plate to it then drill/tap and match port etc.

Much easier.
