Heading out to my first track day (no speed limit) at Wakefield next tuesday? Is anyone else on here coming along? I can't freaking wait to see what my stockish skyline can do. I have

R33 Series 1 Skyline with 17 Work Rims

Bridgestone 235 G3's on the front and Bridgestone (?)255's on the rear

JID coil-overs with Japanese uber hard springs

I'm really interested to see how these super hard jap springs perform on the track (perhaps I should keep of the ripples : )

I would consider myself a responsible novice and would love any help or advise from fellow lines heading out there as well.

If you see a blue R34 GTR, dont you dare, under any circumstances let him overtake you. NSW GTSTs have a proud tradition of blowing away GTRs, especially if they are from Victoria.

But seriously, if you use 2nd ger on any corners then your corner speed is a little down on what it could be...thats about the best advice i can give
