Hey guys just want to know if anyone knows how to program the car radio on a nissan skyline r33 96 model to qld stations. Any help woulld be awsome. cheers Goody

dunno what a skyline is like but the radio in my mates 180sx is 20 lower. ie nova is 86.9 instead of 106.9.

I think you need a FM frequency expander,

about 25 bucks from electronic store,

that convert the Japan bandwith to australia 1.

When I brought my Skyline, the stations were always 10 lower, i.e. 92.9 was 82.9. It couldn't pick up any radio station above 99.9 I think.

yeah my range only goes between 80 - 90.... only station thats got any decent music is 89.something

My R33 has stock radio with FM expander fitted (hooked up to a switch). Some stations can be picked up with or without the expander on but others can only be picked up with the expander switched on (this is why I didnt know what the switch did at first because it would not alter the reception of the station I usually listen to when it was switched on/off).

Mine are 20 lower I think, i.e. if station is normally 100.9 it is 80.9 on car radio.
