While your at it i need the middle vent replaced for my 1989 R32 GTS. Though some1 has told me its quite difficult to replace these things as they are delicate and difficult to remove without damaging or breaking them.

Any suggestions people?

If the one that is in your dash now is already broken, just rip it all out. Then the new one you put in will slide straight in easily.

Yes obviously :O the middle vent in my dash is broken and i dont care if it breaks more while trying to remove it but if i was to get a 2nd hand middle vent from another GTS how would i go about removing it without damaging it aswell??? :yucky:

or does someone know where we can purchase these vents from and perhaps an approximation of the price?

cheers in advance :(

Anyone who is interested in a left vent (passanger's side) we can offer them for $103 + postage & handling of $8.50 (sent via registered post). Please state your interior code when making an order.

Forgot to add that these items are brand new genuine Nissan items.

Regards,

Andrew

BUY THEM NEW OFF NISSAN REASONABLY CHEAP TOO I RECKON

"Hi i'd like to buy a Nissan air vent please"

"Sure that's $3, oh wait what model Nissan?"

"Skyline Import"

"No problem thats $150+GST"

:)

Its actually about $130 for the passenger side vent, and $178 for the double centre vent new from Nissan

The best way to put them in is to remove the whole dash.

just tried to remove the centre vent from a r32 gtr i/m wrecking, it had a small tiny crack, and, this became a bloody big crack and the whole thing just shat it self, when you look at them, the only way to remove is to pull whole dash out, gently squeeze the bottom and top plastic lugclips and gently ease it out, getting one in should be very easy.

I managed to get the LHS upper vent out in one bit, but it has sold.

Still got heaps of other stuff left, including a complete front cut R32 GTR
