Doors Automagically Lock

Strange but true...

The doors on my Stagea S2 lock automatically 30 seconds after the car is unlocked if the doors aren't opened in that time. If a door is opened and closed, then nothing happens.

Shame it doesn't lock automatically if the car is left for a few mins.

Strange feature though.

mine does that too, but it's not a stagea feature, it's just my alarm. if i unlock the car with the remote, then not open a door, it locks them again in 30 seconds

My alarm is set up to do that, I might try my (factory) remote and see if it does it with that while the alarm is not on...

Just checked, and with the factory Stagea keyfob remote it does re-lock after 30 seconds if you don't open a door.

most new cars do that as standard. my mother's lexus,my girlfriend's rav4,and pretty much everything else I can think of off the top of my head built after 2000 has this feature.
