Hi just bought a Skyline s2 r33 97

it has a SAFcII, HKS EVC at 0.8bar, HKs cat-back, fmic. The car runs fine. However, after servicing it I would like to re-tune the safc_II so how long will a tuner take in hours on the dyno?

cheers, thanks in advance.

Yeah maybe an hour... all they need to do is fine tune, its already got the major work done they just need to tweak it.

Go various places, see what they say but make sure you mention that its already tuned and they just need to do minor fine tuning.

Do any of the Melbourne skyline owners know a good tuner and roughly how much they charge?

Cheers, thanks in advance.

Racepace is the best going around, give him a call...

Check out the vic section, there are a few others listed

They generally charge $150+ her hour... just ask the workship when u call them

I wouldn't worry about finding a "good" tuner for tuning an SAFC. Any bum off the street with a wideband o2 sensor can tune them :D

In fact, you could road tune them just as well as on a dyno.

Maybe try sam (dr_drift), im not sure what he charges, but $150 an hour is about right for dyno time.
