Hey mate the only thing to do at the moment is use a set of adjustable pliers that won't pinch the glass like a pair of needle nose pliers. Put some cloth over the glass and while the up motor is running but obviously not working, pull the window up all the way and then stop the motor from running. If your not gonna replace the motor or whatever the problem is then i suggest putting the window down till there's about 2 inches left so you can pull the window back up once your done drivin. But once you do get a new motor, BELIEVE me!!! its one hell of a hard job to do cause the screws are so hidden that it took me forever to find them and then use a 90 degree phillips ratchet if you can find one. This is all of course if it's the motors problem but if its electrical or switch then ignore all this heh!!! :P
