hay guys,

i actually found this after i installed mine... and i had no trouble with hoses and so on... didnt have to replace any of my standard ones, any way it works really well and the car makes 487awhp . so im happy..,. i got all my pump and equipment from efi hardware so if u have any needs ring them..

mine is not holding fuel pressure, does anyone know why ? i left the stock drain back valve on just like in the tutorial ? car runs fine.

Just something that I found made the job easier, undo the fuel cap to relieve air pressure built up in the tank. Stops the pressure pushing fuel out of the lines.

do you need to get covers for the wires connecting to the fuel pump? No one has mentioned it and my old 31 had exposed wiring, i just don't know if it's safe seeing as it's in fuel? That said it shouldn't spark if all connected properly anyway?

Quick question installing 044 pump today is the factory lil reg looking thing a one way valve or do I need to fit an aftermarket one that attaches to fittings ???

I think that is just some form of dampner from memory... There was one on my 34GTR pump when i removed it but not on the 044 when it went back in!

should put a valve on it, speed flow should have the fittings and valve to suit
