I have a 3" hi-flow ceramic cat for sale. I purchased this from Cypher Industries for $330.00 a year ago though I have upgraded to a metal cat.

I wouldnt know the specific flow rate though I do know that Cypher Industries only use the best quality materials, it wouldnt be as high as a 'metal cat' though it wouldnt be far off either, if you want the best flow possible your better off gutting it then fitting it...
