ok, so i need to get from the Airport to the Casino on Friday..

is the Skybus thingy the best/easiest way?

how much would a cab be roughly?

and do trains not go there at all??... just going by the airport site, they're not mentioned?

Realistically, taxi is about $50.

The bus thing goes to Spencer St Station - now called Southern Cross - which is a short walk from the casino. Trains are a no go

Yeah catch the skybus to the last stop, when you get there walk towards the big sign that says crown.

Skybus is $18 I think (or free if the driver's a ncie guy and you have a boarding pass on you). Bus takes about 20 mins by freeway.

yeah i thought the taxi would be a bit more...if there were a few of us i'd just get one anyway but i'm flying in on my own so $50 is a bit steep..

I think the bus is the go..

$15... leaves every 10mins... and after the main drop off place, you can apparently jump on one of their shuttle buses and they'll take you to your hotel for no extra charge.

Skybus is defiantely the best option if there's only one person travelling.

As everyone has said, Crown is only bout a 5-8 min walk from the Skybus terminus. Just head DOWN the hill of Spencer St, rather than up coz you'll end in North Melb and that's the wrong way
