has anyone used an E-Boost controller in a stagea before and if so what sort of success did you have?, was it a S1 or S2 stagea and or a series one or series two E-Boost?

i did a search but didn really come up with anything to say there was an existing thread on this subject.

i have also looked at those but there is around a 300 dollar price difference and the blitz unit takes up more room in the cabin as well as being apparently more complicated to set up?, adjust etc?

What the hells wrong with the jaycar unit? I think its a very VERY good unit for the price.

Its VERY tuneable, accurate and cheap? I dont really see why anyone would want something else really?

Like, I see why people want expensive exhausts, turbos etc because they are actually well, "worth it", but the jaycar unit is pretty adaquet IMO?

How far can a $600 GReddy boost controller take you?

600>130 by 470= ~1/3*turbo where when turbo=1, face=:ermm:

i am looking at the e-boost unit as it is all contained within the single guage pod and the only external part of it is the solenoid itself so there is no hand controller required, it is adjustable for a heap of stuff and it also has flash memory so you can log info then download without having to buy adaptors etc, it is also able to be set up for different amounts of boost for each gear, these settings can also be adjusted on the fly by pressing 1 button!!! thatrs why i am looking at one of these and not some of the others that are out there that require building and setting up

have had the e-boost fitted and am now just waiting on the exhaust to be done so i can tune it in properly, at this stage it seems that it will be a very good thing once set up properly and i work out how to drive it!! it fitted beautifully in the small recess on the left of the steering column under the demister button. (i will get a pic and chuck it up on here once i work out how to do it )

have also fitted a pivot speed meter on top of the column to get around the speed limiter/fuel cutter.

as it is about the size of a matchbox so that it is not intrusive at all and gives a digital readout of speeds beyond the limiter as well as 100/200/300 and 400 metre times.
