ive been over the pits with them and they asked me why they were white (cause it was daytime) i explained what they were and they never had a problem with them at all, and have never had a problem with police with them either??

yeah i admit it, i like all the cosmetic things, neons, stickers, EL DASH KITS, etc etc, but theres nothing wrong with liking cosmetic stuff too, oops, im off topic now.....

back on topic, yeah give Car Quest a call, i think by memory they are around $200

I have a set of EL Guages in my R33, put them in myself and have had no problems with them at all. I got them through the Spoilershop in Myaree for around $200. As far as i'm aware on the legality of them, they have dimmer control and I think (don't hold me to it) that's all that is required from dash lights - hence having to put in ugly dimmer switches during compliance.

Thanx for the posts guys, as far as them being illegal, then the new XR series Falcons would be also if that were the case. Most Chryslers have them in Canada and they look far from "rice". I would hope that the kits would look like the factory ones, because the factory ones look superb.

There is a company called Emtech in Adelaide that imports them give them a try he has a good range.

I have them on my car and all i have ever had is "there flashy aren't they bit bright but " that was at a RBT
