Where To Buy Ac Unit Globes For R34!

One of the globes for the buttons on my AC control unit in my R34 has blown. I took the globe out and have been to 2 Nissan dealers and both havent known what to order and told me they can just order globes in but if they are wrong i wont get my money back so it was a general waste of time. I have attatched a pic so if anyone knows where in Sydney i can locate a globe like this it would be a big help!

i think you can pull the glass part out of the holder and just replace the bulb and not the holder they are called wedge bulbs and you can get them from most garages or auto sparky give it a go,also you can pull the rubber boot of the bulb and put it on the next one as well for the colour,hope it helps?

Thats what you can do if it isnt all melted. The globe comes genuine with the holder though id say...

"Grain Of Wheat" is the name of the globe. The pigtail leads comming off it simply unwind from the base. The silicone boot can be bought seperately if needed. Dick Smith online store has the globes, cheap and with free shipping. (yes, got three globes for $1.28, and it shipped to me for free)

The silicone boot I haven't bought yet, but www.narva.com.au have a listing for them.

With the globes as they are, my buttons light up a bright orange, and it looks pretty crappy next to my head unit! =-/
