How To Ensure What Engine Oil You're Getting?

Hi,

I'm getting a 100K service done soon. How do you guys ensure that the garage is using what they say?

For example, they'd say or you provide a 4/5L bottle of Motul 300V, but they put in Castrol Magnatec and keep your bottle of Motul or transfer the oil and show you an empty bottle.

No smartass comments like: "do the engine oil yourself" please! haha

Stay there and watch or get a trustworthy mechanic (sometimes not easy)

if they 'must' do it (i.e. u won't do it yourself) stay and watch them put the oil in
