Locknut Is Killing Me !

i was wondering is there a way to get a locknut like this one off ? mmm i went to ian diffains and stuff they said they ahvne't seen it before....well heres a pic of my lock nut....i need to get it off to go through to the pits i need some help !!! this is makin gme go CRAZY

It looks like a rays 7 sided nut?

anyway, try places like vision R or evolution r etc, would be my best guess. Otherwise, there is a sponsor on NS.com that sells rays nuts, my be able to help.

smash a normal socket over it.

get some vice grips, lock it over the nut then twist it off.

If you can't bash a socket over it or get it off any other way, how about bashing a groove into it and then using a hammer and chisel to bash/undo it? I have round locknuts on my wheels and this was the only way I could get them off (the locknut became f**cked).

be easy as pie to smash a socket onto that thing, take you all of 5 minutes, get cracking

if you haven't got the key for it you need to turf it anyway especially if your other wheels have the same locknut

smash a socket over it...then buy a new set of locknuts...there pretty cheap.
