Only RB26 are low from factory. And even then the ECU actually want high impedance, because it's essentially the same ECU as the RB20 anyway, and thus they have a f**king resistor pack! -

Is this preventable by priming the system with external oil pressure? I've seen the speed academy folks hook up an external oil priming system to the oil pressure sensor port with an air compressor to check for oil leaks before putting an engine back in a car. Do the R32s run high or low impedance injectors? -
It may not feel like it to your wallet....but sounds like this was one of those "lucky you did it" rebuilds. Hopefully you have better luck this time
