Problem With R32 Gtst - Please Help

I have a proble with my 32, its running mega rich - getting bout 100kms less to a tank,

and it sort of stumbles at about 4500-6000 revs on part to medium throttle also engine dies under same throttle and high load conditions - not sure whether fuel of ignition cutting - its not missing though. It still seems to pull normal and problems only occur intermittedly.

Car mods are usual pod, exhaust, boost increase (around 14psi with GT28RS)

Have checked fault codes on ECU and noting shows, have cleaned AFM, new plugs, coil packs ok, fuel pump is a relatively new 040 in a spotless fuel tank.

If anybody has any suggestions or have had similar problems any help you give would be apprecated.
