yeah its coming back out mate, im machining the crank and using oversize bearings so it should go back together nice and smooth.

I hope you mean undersize bearings NOT oversize or she will be coming out again ..I hope you know someone that knows what they are doing to do the machining for you ..

i mean the next bearing size up which off the top of my head is .25

Depending on the condition of your crank, you can get bearings .08mm undersize ,.012 and .25mm undersize . I would grind the crank as little as possible to get it right . While you are at it get your crank checked for runout . Make sure you do everything correct this time so you dont pull it out again .

If i was you i would bore the block out, new pistons and rings and dont forget to use a new h/gasket too .

Good luck with it and if you havent got an engine carne you can buy them from $195, very domestic but will do the job for you .

hey be really careful with a 600kg crane. normally they are 2 tonne rated which is at their shortest length, but when you extend them all the way they are reduced to only 500kg. If the 600kg crane is the same it will only be rated at 150kg at its longest setting which you will need to use.....
