calvintys, thanks for the offer, but I'm looking for an existing business that has reference sites.

And as a quick side comment for you guys running this sort of business, I've been surprised at how low the rates are...I was expecting to have to pay more...I understand this is a competitive market but I'm not sure how some of you would make money out of this in the long term except as a side business.
