Tappet Noise Coming From Intake Valve

i have a gtr33 vspec and have install a set of tomei cams , they are 260 9.15 in and ex with cams gears set a 2 deg adv in and 4 deg ret ex before original cams was taking out i have check my valve clearances and my intake valve clearance was .457 and .483 max & my exhaust was .457 .after install my tomei cam i get the same reading that was when i started to hear tappet noise,

can it be cause by using castral 20w - 50 oil , .

Your exhaust clearance is to big , it should be between .35 and .41mm ( cold ) , intake is right on the max at .48 mm ( cold ) .
