I was wondering what models of Skylines got the HICAS 4 wheel steer system?

I did a search but only managed to confuse myself even more. Did all models of GTS-T's get HICAS? I am particularly interested if the R33 or R32 GTS-T's got HICAS.

Also, from doing the search I read that HICAS seems to cause a lot of issues, is it really worth having?

Honestly in my opinion, HICAS is shit, get a lock bar and get rid of it. It causes more trouble than its worth
