R34 Gtt Gear Box And Clutch Problems?

I have a 99 34GTT.

the thing is when i put the gear lever in a gear, and i put my hand on it, you can feel the vibration(compare to a S15 which is almost unnoticed).

for example if i put in 3rd gear, i put my hand on it and slightly push upward a bit, it getting worse and i cant stay my hand on it for even one minute, it gets itchy.

is that normal? or is there something wrong with the gearbox?

and sometimes i release the clutch a little bit(just a little bit) faster on a uphill road without using the handbrake to start, the car shakes very bad, you can hear the noise loudly like "da da da da da", you can only avoid it by step on the clutch again. but the clutch seems working fine when i do a drag run, no slippery.

can anyone tell me is there anything wrong with my car, or i just get too nervous?

just give it more throttle
