T04Z overkill IMO for street car. The turbo's mentioned at start are slightly smaller and have less lag depending on set up so I would definitely go with something smaller than that.

Sorry, but your just plucking common turbo names without any obvious research. There is a bit of self help required here, and it comes in the forum of the search button

Just dropping turbo names that you have heard of "GT35, t04z" is really not productive.

a t04z is bigger than a GT35 for goodness sake. Your getting more extreme.

If you have a read of the sticky thread here you'll find the t04z equipped RB26's are making upwards of 450rwkw.

ALL the information is on this forum about the turbos you are asking for.

You want little lag yet you want to put 700/800hp turbos on the car.

You can have both as already stated

Again, my advice is to have a search.
