I'm shopping for semi-slicks for the next track day, just wondering if anyone had any connections at Tyretech? I'm probably gonna go for the Bridgestone RE55's, just trying to minimise the price as best I can...

Have you tried Craig at Hornibrook Tyres? I'm sure you will get a better deal out of him than Tyretech!

Hehe well a knackered set of Dunlops got me almost 2 seconds at Mt Cotton so I'm hoping a spanking set of these will help my times a bit too (along with a flushed radiator and Redline oil and coolant so I don't have to back off all the time!!!).

I won't post price here because people probably wouldn't be too happy but send me a PM and I'll fill you in. I basically got them at trade price so I'm sure Tyretech are still making a bit out of me.... Got them through Rod there, and Scott at TyreZone Capalaba is doing the fitting for me.
