Help Needed For My Lighting!

hey, ive accidentally connected either the positive or negative of wire of the boost gauge to the wire grounded from my car and didnt realise >< stupid i know but getting that aside. Ok now for the problem, now none of the lights thats supposed to be turned on, on the first twist of the switch arent turning on!!! the dash, tailights, parker lights and the plate number light! plz i need help! and whether the incident was the cause

Have you checked your fuses??

Does the car crank over??

Checked if the batterys got power still??

It sounds like your not getting power to your ignition switch. They're just guesses....

Check the fuses in the boot next to the battery, 2nd from front is the 10A fuse for dash lights and sidelights illumination.

In the future, you should disconnect the -ve wire from the battery when doing any electrical work, and you won't have any problems if you accidentally ground a live wire.
