Power Loss

any ideas on a small loss of power first noticed it high in the rev range past 5000 but now seems a small loss of power overall in the revs boost gague is registering boost no engine or noticalble noises from there not coughing or spluttering or smoke from the exhaust.

Could it be a turbo problem even if the gague is registering boost. airflow orientated from the sensor or something along those lines

also condition of spark plugs?
