Fuel Pump Resistor Location

Hey guys

I am just looking for where to find the fuel pumps resistor location ?

apperantly controlls the voltage needed to run the fuel pump

i have heard that when installing the walbro, it needs a consistent 12volts, all the time

this resistor gizmo will restrict my fuel pump from running 12 volts all the time.

if anyone knows what this looks like and where its located, would be good.
