Cheap Lifters For Rb25 ?

Other than Nissan pulling my pants down @ $100 each lifter, anyone else found a cheap alternative?

Thanks for the offer, but each time I took the exhaust cam out chasing the problem, apon assembly another lifter would die and another cylinder drops out. I am thinking I don't want to take the chance with more s/h lifters!

Someone out there during a rebuild must have sorced some new lifters from a non OEM source!

u can get aftermarket lifters from the likes of Tomei. For a set of new lifters i found i was looking at $466.05, but these are to accomodate high lift cams. Maybe if u ring around u can find out if they can get stock lift ones.

$466 for a new set is cheap? for all 24? standard hydraulic or solids? from who? this sounds good.....

Tomei have stopped RB25 lifters,still listed but no longer avalible.

Ive tryed to get a set for 16 months and would love to find some new old stock.Solid type for pro cams.

AHA! Found a full new set for $225Aus from eBay in the states. Problem solved. Just to let the team know that VG30 turbo and NA use the same part! (eg z32 300zx).
