2007 Gtr Testing At Nurburgring?

Friend took this today at nurburgring. It was a manufacturere testing session and the nissan guys were tight lipped about the model. Possible gtr in infiniti camoflage testing - looks like quad pipes out the back.

Are there any new infiniti models due for release soon it could be?

yeah, there were some spy shots of a kitted up infiniti G35 in the U.S. with quad pipes, wider guards too. So does look like the testing is happening, but i REALLY hope that the Skyline/G35 skin is just something to hold all the inside-GTR goodies together, and it will get a different body when officially released.

If they've chosen to drop the Skyline name, and not base it off that chasis, there is no need to keep the same design.... i hope...
