Isnt that Fidel??

Last i heard he was in Jail fo fraud or some shit.

yup - the same guy...

the people all at crusingbrisbane and some from boostcruising idolize the guy and think he's some sort of hero.

he's scammed people from SAu and heaps of other forums, and made insurance and traffic laws tougher on all of us... some hero.

eug actually very few people at boostcruising(i cannot speak for cruising brisbane) have respect for phill, you should probably point your guns directly at the people who claim they are friends with them instead of branding the whole site.

Got what he deserves from what i hear..Funny how they were all upset that he went to prison, yet

they dont seem to care about why he went or who he hurt in the process.

i dont think anyone was upset he went to jail. the system that let him accumulate 121 odd points is at fault just as much as him.

he was convicted of fraud and is serving time for that. all round hes got no respect from me(particularly as i know the full story of what he did and its pretty f**kin low), and from the sentiments expressed in the threads started on the day this artical was published hes got no respect from others either, only those who profess to being his friend.

perhaps when he gets outta jail he will have learnt some respect for other peoples lives, their earnings and belongings but it remains to be seen.

jeez, you really are up in rocky, this sort of news has taken you 2 weeks to reach you :D you really need a faster donkey :D

does anybody really care? he knew the system was faulty and he flaunted it.. Like james is saying above..

And how many others right now are out there doing exactly the same thing right now, delaying points by dummy court appearances, etc, until a couple of old ones wear off so they don't lose their license? It's a common occurance.

The only people that are "shocked" are those that don't know what is really going on out there.

yeh, this is all going on CruisingBrisbane at the moment. I have no sympathy for a dick like this. Yeh, I know he might be a 'decent guy with a good heart', but the whole not giving a shit about breaking the law thing is what really set it in my mind that this guy's an idiot. And being in jail for a totally unrelated offence just means he's qualified at being an idiot in more than ONE field. Nice work buddy. Thanks for pissing the transport authorities off more than they already are.

hahhahahahahahaha

no actually i think it was the moron who was unlicenced and parked a turbocharged vk in some guys front yard killing his son in the process that sparked the whole thing... fidels idiocy (and theres a long history of it, ive known of the shit hes done for years and years) just underlined that there was problems and dishing out points to people isnt always gonna solve the problem.

suspending someones licence is only going to work if they have some morals and are willing to accept their punishment.

I joined sau thinking i joind a respectable bunch of people. not raving keyboard warrior nerds... like i once had the opinion... i have met quite a few great people on here i have alot of respect for... but... i would put money on the fact none of you would have face to say anything to him, but u will happily rag on him when he isn't here to defend himself. i am first to admit he f**ked alot of people doing freud and the like, including myself... as for his pepsi bottle catch can etc, and rust in his car... (i'd love to know where the rust is... on a serious note) u can see better than me... but what would i know? i've only been doing the build on it respray, fmic, interior etc...

like i said, not defending him... but gee... a thread ragging on someone... even though most of it is probably true and correct... especially from the comments coming from a few people i know, that are common street racers.. especially a certain silver gtr having his ass handed to him on a platter by a mates sleeper monaro...

not stirring shit, but i'm over looking on any forum and finding this... i can't find a thread on the few latest traffic accidents that made the paper... guess someone just needed to have a rant..

If u are now wondering who i am... Phil's little brother... i'm certainly not proud of his media spread or his traffic or faudulent activities... but blood is blood... he's out in 6 weeks... speak to him then... maybe he can have a chance to defend himself

Hi Robbie. Yes I have told him, ages ago in a friendly jokingly manner. This however was before the fraud stuff. Thanks. Just glad you havent followed in his footsteps.

You've now come here and told us that everything we've suspected is true... what do you want us to say now? Whether he's here to defend himself or not, it's not going to change anyone's mind. God, i'll agree with you and say that too many of these comments have NOTHING to do with the subject at all, particularly the rust and the pepsi bottle... but mate, they're just comments. It's just what we think. I'm sure you've said innapropriate things at times...

    • There are fixes for this. In industry we use compressed air for everything. It is frequently wet, and many things cannot tolerate it. So there are various forms of driers available that you can install. The simplest option for something like this would be a dessicant drier. Much cheaper to replace some silica gel than actuator cylinders.
    • That's a solid update mate, well done at WA FOS. You may already know this, but the actuators on the paddle shift are a service item and are sadly not that reliable. As I understand it they collect water from the compressor (condensation) which then rusts the bores/pistons in the actuators. A mate of mine had no end of trouble with them in one if his circuit cars, apparently it's a 'known issue'. Buy a couple of spares at great expense to ensure you never have any problems with the ones you've got! Any clues about what the new WTAC rules might be? While faster cars are cool the Pro class arms race has got to the point where you wouldn't even bother entering without a $1m budget and even then I don't think you'd win.
    • https://nissan.epc-data.com/skyline/er34/3945-rb25det/trans/317/31940N/ The pictures of the part you're talking about is clearly not just one solenoid. You can see another picture of it here: https://www.alltranz.com.au/shop/drivetrain/automatic-transmission/RE5R01A/product/9305/ The 4 speed automatic in the GTT is Nissan corporate stuff. You can search up similar jobs done on a Frontier or Pathfinder with a RE4R01B to get an idea for what the internals are going to look like and the procedure like this:
