Dont Laugh I Know Its Silly ... But Help Me Please!

Ok i know im dumb ... but if someone could give me some pointers as to how to remove the cigarette lighter out of its holder it would be much appriciated.

I have pretty much the whole dash out i just cant get the cigarette lighter out grrrrrrrrrrr....

please help!!!

disconnect the electrical plug behind the lighter "barrel" and leave the barrel attached to the dash....then remove dash

Jah! Two plugs, one for the element, one for the bulb. They should just pull off the spade quite easily.

If you need to remove it completely, for respraying or something, it's probably got a hex nut on the underside, which you'd need to unscrew. That's how generic replacements work anyway.

Both have a tab on the side, push it in and pull.
