Custom Intercooler Size?

Hi Fellow wagoneers,

I have recently come by a HUGE (720mmx650mmx70mm core) truck intercooler at a price I couldn't go past. So now i'm going to cut it up to fit in the stagea, & I need to know what size a custom intercooler would be best.

At the moment i'm considering a 700x200x70 core to fit in the large opening in the front bar & running it thru the standard piping, which would mean a return pipe under the cooler.

How does this sound?

When it's all fitted right (if i go with this size) I'm thinking of making a couple more "kits" out of the rest of the core, I was wondering who would be interested in one? (pricing will depend on how much it costs me to make)

And lastly I'll have left over the standard R34 SMIC, did anyone want this?
