Td06 20g Turbo Kit With Pics

Ive got a trust turbo kit to suit rb20/25 i need to sell

Kit includes:

1 TD06 20G TURBO with 12cm exhaust housing

1 Trust Hi mount exhaust manifold

1 Trust external wastegate

Oil lines

Dump pipe

some gaskets (turbo to manifold & wastegate to manifold)

Heat shield for exhaust housing

Turbo has minimal shaft play and before i bought it i got the previous owner to take it to GCG turbos in sydney and they said it was fine. Although he only had a quick look at it.

I havnt used the turbo since i bought it, and i really cant afford to buy the extras (powerfc & injectors) that i need to run it safely. The guy i bought it off told me he was making 280 rwkw.

Asking $2500

will trade for a standard hiflow unit (rb25) or some 18inch chromies to suit a r32 skyline, plus cash adjustment of course.

ive seen a similar kit for sale on a import wrecker site minus the dump pipe for almost 3g and that was for an 8cm exhaust housing 20g turbo and the whole kit brand new is closer to 4g i think. had a fair bit of interest from interstate ppl so anyone around brisbane i would prefer that so u can see everything before you pay for it.

how laggy is this kit, where is the power band, and can u run it (std boost) without the ecu and injectors? like temporary thing? also shaft play? and how many kms?

what engine are u running?? is it rb20 or 25?? ive never run this turbo on my car but im sure alot of ppl on this site have had experience with the turbo on both 20's and 25's. there would be no reason u couldnt run this on low boost untill u got injectors and ecu, basically if u dont put ur foot down it wont boost anyway so its just a matter of controlling your right foot

This turbo wouldn't see much boost at 4000rpm on a Rb20

On a Rb20 you would be looking more like 5500rpm+ (how do i know this u say, i have 2 of them )

they are a GREAT turbo and im building a Rb24 at the moment with one and cant wait for that little more engine capacity to the complete potential out of it.

I have a new 8cm exh housing I can swap for the 12cm if needed.

Was this setup bought off me? I think it was -if so can provide more information on this kit.

Your selling too cheap...LOL. Im about to sell my setup and i sure as hell want more then $2500 for mine...I would think this would be pretty sweet setup for an RB25, or housing change it will make a good 230-250rwkws on an RB20...
