okai see how the pic on the left is missing what the pic on the right has. that extra bar?

wat i want to know is am i able to buy the front bar on the left and ask a fitting company to put that extra bar that on the right on?

in other words i want it to look like this

Prolly just easier to stick some fibreglass extension on the bonnet to give the same effect.
