dude we have the same kind of mods only difference is i have a stock Fuel pump and im running 176kw at the wheels!

2 stupid questions

Does a fuel pump make that much difference in the numbers?

And is a fuel pump easy to install?

Cheers and thanks for the post i had my exhaust done at CRD and i was happy with the work.

1. Quite possiblly

2. Yes

Judging by your pic I'm assuming you have a GTST and after exhaust 176kw is about on par with what you can expect, power wise.

The stock GTST fuel pump has a tendency to die at around this power, which is why people replace it for something like a Bosch 040. It may not give you magical kw but it will ensure that the car is getting sufficient fuel at high rpm.

They tune and advise on our car....with world class results.

In one day they had a total of 17 GTR's there getting work done, I can't think of anywhere else in the world you might see that. (possibly in a huge complex in Japan)

Tilbrooks auto and dyno in South Australia had 15 GTR's and around 5 gts-t 2 180sx and one s13 at one stage but 17 gtr's in one place cool!
