Its is possible... but id just refer him to someone i know down there, know alot of good guys in the game in melb... and i used to live in melb and work in that market so id be able to give him good advice...

from what advice i have got it seem u cant really loose if u get a house near the bay eg, mornington peninsula, beaurmauris area. Guy from current job has 2 properties in mornington peninsula and 1 in beaurmauris.

yeah, yeah, yeah - trust me if we got a 403 error the shit would be hitting the fan big time We have to have like a 99.x% uptime or the tech guys get their asses kicked royally. There are a few redundant servers and the like so the liklihood of that happening is pretty much 0. We get like 1.8million visits to the site each month so you can imagine that would be a problem if that happened..

Its fun watching from the sidelines when it *does* happen though
